Shipping policy

As a part of our pre-sale method, we offer customers the opportunity to purchase items that are not currently in stock. Once an order is placed, we will then purchase the item from the manufacturer to fulfill the order. This process can take anywhere from 6-8 weeks, depending on the availability of the item from the manufacturer.

Please note that the 6-8 week period is an estimated time frame and may vary based on factors outside of our control, such as delays in manufacturing, shipping, or customs clearance. We will do our best to keep you informed about the status of your order during this time.

We will notify you via email once your order has shipped. If you have any questions about the status of your order, please feel free to contact us via email (ceo@zoneofseparation.org). We will do our best to respond to your inquiry within 24-48 hours.

Please also note that orders with multiple items may be shipped separately, as they may come from different manufacturers. In such cases, we will notify you of the estimated delivery dates for each item.

We currently ship within the United States and internationally, with shipping rates calculated based on the destination and weight of the package.

In the event that your item is not available from the manufacturer within 8 weeks of your order date, we will offer you the option to cancel your order and receive a full refund.
